These Terms and Conditions govern your use of voltradiant.com and the electrical services provided by VoltRadiant. By using our website, accepting a quote or booking work with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our services

VoltRadiant provides electrical repair, installation, wiring, distribution board upgrade, lighting, EV charger, inspection, testing and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. The specific scope of each job is described in your quote or job confirmation.

2. Quotes and estimates

• An estimate is an approximate price based on the information available and may change after inspection.
• A quote is a written, itemised price for the agreed scope and is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• If hidden conditions are found during work (for example damaged cables inside walls), we will stop, explain the issue and agree any changes in price before continuing.

3. Bookings and access

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area, a clear workspace and access to the distribution board at the agreed time. Where access is not possible, a call-out charge may apply. You must tell us about any known hazards, such as damaged equipment, asbestos or structural concerns.

4. Your responsibilities

• Ensure you are the owner of the property or have the owner’s permission for the work.
• Provide accurate information about the problem and the property.
• Keep children and pets away from the work area.
• Do not interfere with or alter our work, which may affect safety and void our guarantee.

5. Materials and equipment

We use quality, compliant materials from reputable manufacturers. Where you supply your own fittings or equipment, we will install them if suitable, but we cannot guarantee their quality or performance beyond our workmanship. Materials remain our property until paid for in full.

6. Payment

• Payment is due on completion unless a different schedule is agreed in writing.
• Larger projects may require a deposit and staged payments, as stated in the quote.
• We accept bank transfer, mobile banking, card and cash. Late payments may incur reasonable recovery costs.

7. Workmanship guarantee

Our installation workmanship is guaranteed for the period stated on your invoice. The guarantee covers defects caused by our workmanship and does not cover misuse, accidental damage, alterations by others, normal wear and tear, power surges from the supply network or faults in equipment not supplied by us. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and are passed on to you.

8. Limitation of liability

We carry public liability insurance and take great care in our work. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of income or data, and our total liability is limited to the value of the work concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Cancellations

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Website use

Content on this website is provided for general information and may be updated without notice. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access or copy content for commercial use without permission. All logos, text, graphics and design elements belong to VoltRadiant or are used under licence.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where VoltRadiant is registered. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion, and if unresolved, through the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
