Bank transfer, mobile banking, card and cash. For larger projects we agree a staged payment schedule in writing.

Repairs are usually scheduled within a day or two. Larger projects are typically booked one to two weeks ahead.

Safety & Emergencies

Burning smells, smoke, sparking, scorch marks, electric shocks, water near electrics or a total loss of power on a circuit that won’t reset.

If it’s safe to do so, switch off the main switch at the distribution board, keep people away from the area and don’t touch damaged equipment.

We strongly advise against DIY electrical work beyond changing a lamp. Mistakes can be hidden for years before causing a fire or shock.
